We are committed to child safety and wellbeing, following national standards to ensure a secure, supportive and inclusive environment for every child in our care.
Child Safety Commitment
We promote a child safe environment that minimises the risk of abuse, harm and neglect. Our staff comply with the National Principles of Child Safe Organisations and the Reportable Conduct Scheme.
Mandatory Reporting
Our staff are mandatory reporters under the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 (NSW) and the Children Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic). They receive ongoing training in child protection law and practice.
Staff Recruitment
All staff undergo thorough screening, including Working with Children Checks, and must demonstrate qualities suited to providing safe, high-quality care.
Zero Tolerance

Child Safe Standards
We maintain a tobacco, drug and alcohol-free environment and follow the National Model Code for taking images and videos of children (ACECQA, 2024).
